1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all orders and contracts concluded through this website between:

and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you").
1.2 By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these T&C.
1.3 Any terms and conditions of the Customer that deviate from or contradict these T&C shall not be recognized unless the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The Provider offers a digital product consisting of an e-book titled "Strong Core Stronger You" in PDF format.
2.2 All offers on this website are non-binding and subject to change. Price and product selection may be modified at any time without prior notice.
2.3 A contract is concluded once the Customer completes the ordering process and the Provider confirms the order by sending a confirmation email that includes a download link for the e-book (PDF).

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment is made using the following payment methods: Credit card and Apple Pay. The payment process is securely handled through the payment processor Stripe.
3.3 The Provider reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods without providing any reason.

4. Delivery and Access

4.1 As this is a digital product, no physical delivery will take place.
4.2 After successful payment, the Customer will receive an email containing a download link for the e-book (PDF). The email will be sent within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
4.3 The Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that it is technically possible to receive the email (e.g., sufficient mailbox capacity, appropriate spam filter settings).
4.4 The digital product is available to the Customer indefinitely, and the download link for the e-book is accessible without time limitations after purchase. (The link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. If the Customer clicks on an expired link, we will send a new link to the email address used for the original purchase.)

5. License and Copyright

5.1 All content provided in the ebook and on the website (e-book, texts, images, etc.) is protected by copyright. All copyrights and usage rights are held by the Provider (Serafina Bonsu) or the respective rights holders.
5.2 By purchasing, the Customer acquires a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided digital content. The content may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes.
5.3 The Customer is prohibited from distributing, uploading, or using the e-book or any related content for commercial purposes or in any way passing it on to third parties.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return

6.1 As this is a digital product that is made available immediately after the conclusion of the contract, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return once it has been provided, unless otherwise mandated by applicable laws.
6.2 By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to the immediate availability of the digital product and acknowledges that this excludes any right of withdrawal or refund.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 The Provider endeavors to ensure continuous and trouble-free access to the digital content. However, there is no claim to permanent availability. Temporary interruptions, for example due to technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure, may occur.
7.2 The Provider is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Any further liability, especially for indirect or consequential damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7.3 The content (e-book) is provided for informational and training purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The Customer is responsible for ensuring they are physically able to perform the exercises. The Provider is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from the use of the training content.
7.4 The Provider is not liable for technical issues related to access to the content or for errors in delivery (e.g., due to spam filters or a full mailbox).

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Provider complies with applicable data protection laws. Personal data, including email address, payment details, and billing information, is used solely for processing orders and improving the service offering.

9. Changes to the T&C

9.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be announced on the website and come into effect upon publication.
9.2 The amended T&C also apply to orders that have already been placed.

10. Severability Clause

10.1 Should any provision of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid provision.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These T&C and all contracts concluded through this website are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
11.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C is the Provider’s registered address in 4133 Pratteln, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
